    Painting the back of your aquarium?

    I'd use flat black or blue it'll have some what of a gloss look to it anyway when your looking at it from the front side. Looking through the acrylic will give it a gloss look anyway.

He said paint would chip and crack but I don't believe that to be the case. I agree with Rock-N-ruin about using Krylon Fusion it's made for painting plastic and acrylic so...

    I don't see why you couldn't paint it as Iv'e thought about doing the same thing. If you do try to get a water based paint if possible although I also think a lacer or enamel base paint would be ok. You are talking about painting the outside right? When I do it I'll use an enamel base unless...

    I think the drip method is less stressful and works well with anything your putting in your aquarium. (excluding live rock and live sand) It's better to be safe than sorry. just my 2 cents

    I had seen that forum but it didn't say anything about clownfish so I didn't check it out, but it was the only one I saw that said workshop so I went inside and I found the clown workshop. I prolly need a therapist anyway if the truth is know about it. LOL Have a great day gaby.
