Cory from Aquarium Co-op ordered up a custom 180 build for one of his Discus clients. 72x24x24 with some cool custom features. Follow along, and everyone is welcome to chime in!
The start of every build is the OFB, or overflow box. The client choose blue!
Then we draw lots of lines on the top panel after it is cut to slightly oversized. Measure twice, cut once!
One of the cool custom features, try ordering this with one of the mass produced tank builders!
Custom OFB that will have room for future expansion.
Added some teeth to the Blue OFB, getting ready to bond them together.
All bonded, flush trimmed, chamfered, sanded and polished. Ready for the tanks body to be bonded together.
