You might want to consider upping the water changes a bit. 10% weekly is a good number to shoot for.

i do 10 gallons of 55 the first 12 days and then 12 days latter i do 20 gallons of my 55 gallons then back and forth. IMO i learned that doing water change to much can hurt a tank and not let thangs level out. but that is just IMO.
