August – Equipment Swap Meet-Location to be decided (Need to find a spot by July 11)

September- Frag Swap at Duane’s (Trido)

October – Speaker: Randy Reed-Reef nutrition and Culturing Rotifers and Copepods –Confirmed

November- Speaker: Jake Adams (?)

December- Holiday Party with White Elephant Gift Exchange (Establish rules prior)
Introduce Don’t Break the Chain

January- Acrylic Workshop-Viewfinder- led by Matts125

February- Northend Tank Tour-Club rent Van(s) meet members at Park and Ride

March-Speaker: Lee Birch- Marine Fish: Captive vs. Free

do we happen have sponsors and locations figured out for all meetings in 2009?? or is it just assumed that unless otherwise stated these were planning on occuring at bcc. im sure some of the stores would like to get in on some of the meetings being at their location if possible, if they havent already...
also, what do you guys think about having meetings in july and august that are completely store sponsored with no out of pocket expense to psas??

That would be cool. Mark you have a lot of experience in that. If we get a C3 status A lot more can happen from sponsors like Euroreef, etc.

It would be GREAT if our Sponsors will sponsor some of the meetings; particularly the ones at BBC. I do believe the November and March meetings are planned (but not officially) for BBC.

I do like having the meetings at our Sponsor's stores too; especially when they have a BIG SALE for our Members!

Having meetings in the Summer months sounds good to me! We did have an August meeting this year, but it wasn't well attended.
