Air energizing an AquaC EV240??
Hey, with all these new fangled air driven skimmers going around, do you think it is possible and or a good idea to add airstones to an AquaC skimmer? I want more skimmate and I should probably stock my tank to accomplish that as I still just have my LR and one damsel since we moved into our new house in August. I am running the skimmer witha Dolphin DP1200 wide open and it is producing OK amounts of skimmate. I would like to get the riser tube all foam as right now the water level is about a 1/4 of the way up per AquaC tech support.
Any ideas on if this would work or would I be going backwards?
