i just talked to a pacific coast imports rep the other day about ordering their products and he assured me that the new pumps dont have the rusty metal plate sticking out the back, and that they dont have stainless steel impellar sheilds anymore either, so that coupled with the new asperating venturi makes me want to use them. they are using them on the new ASM baby g skimmer as well as the larger euroreef skimmers, so they must be impressed with them, at least.
