problems with flow HUH???
Those sharp corners would be a PAIN IN THE A$% to keep clean..

We actually came up with a way to clean those corners, using a mag float and a larger piece of acylic velcro'd onto the inside magnet. Other issues were micro bubbles due to the small area inside the stand which meant a small sump ( a sock helped, but I did not want to use socks and have to clean them every other day - now THAT is a pain, lol ). FLow was a small issue, but resolved by using a Korolia pump behind the overflow box. Main issue was the distance between the overflow box and side walls ( 12 inches , and that is with no rock in the tank ), no room for coral growth, I would be fragging constantly. Yeah I know - why didnt I think of these things before I built the tank? Because I was bent on this idea and bound to try it...

it was a cool design but i see what ur saying on being a pain in the butt to maintain it unless u made it bigger lol. but then it wouldnt be much of a center piece anymore and then the main attraction lol
