Hello,
This Tridacna gigas has spawned every day for five days at 4-5 PM and lasts 2-3 hours. None of the fish or corals have reacted negatively. The tank is clear by morning and nitrogen levels test normal. In the past all my coral and clam spawn events occur in June/July. I think this is due to higher water temperatures but I can't be certain. Most of the year I maintain 76-77F but in June the water can hit 80-81F.

The poor Latezonatus almost did a somersault from the backwash I had to put towels along the top of the tank to keep water from coming over the sides. The tank is 30" tall
Regards,
Kevin
