Most of fih were caught In TIP zone ( Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines) using cyanite. We face this problems and lost them within 2 weeks.
Anyone can detact the sign of fish that caught by such harmful drug? and how to detox then after the fish come to our QT tank ( If the luck is not my side ).

Never heard of anything like that before man...That's really sad. I have no idea how to detect it or treat them...Hopefully someone here will know.:)

See my other post in your white spot thread. Methylene blue as a bath for 3-5 days. Add enough drop wise until the water turns a even blue but not dark blue. You may need to redose on the third day. Once the blue color diminishes, the product is not longer active. It will neutralize cyanide poisoning and revert the process of methemoglobin (brown blood disease) and return it to hemoglobin (normal red blood cells).

Cheers

That why I just pick one or two each time. If they were caught by cyanite I would only lost 1 or 2. The last time I got 6 pakistan butteryfly and lost them within 4 days by Ich, because the fish shop here miss spelling of Qualantine.
