I recently picked up a small Zoa colony in a frag swap with another reef member. This evening, while dosing a single aptasia that came attached to it, I noticed several more smaller ones. These are quite small and scattered throughout the center of the Zoa colony. I'm using pickling lime to dose them and am wondering if it's safe to do so while they're in the midst of the Zoa colony? Any suggestions?

Joe's Juice will definately work and not harm the zoanthids

Mike, I also used pickling lime when I had them within my zoas and it worked fine with no harm to them 
Awesome, I'll have to try this...oh and I'm sure you know but these aren't the Zoas you brought over...lol.
