LOL! Don't use gas station toilets:lol:

My sump is up and running and NO LEAKS!!!! I'll post photos tonight. I used weldon this morning to attach the bulkead and then siliconed all the way around the bulkhead on both sides:)

lol!!
yuuhuu i'm glad is running .

Thanks...Me too! I got my Premium Aquatics order today as well. Toys toys toys! I'm probably going to get started on a new closed loop this weekend as well:)

LOL!! Later man later:)

Here's the finished product (almost) I got a filter sock holder as well as a filter sock to try out when blowing off the rocks. I'll run it without the sock regularily and then when it's time, I can just slip it on for about an hour. I'm going to replumb the skimmer as well to push the sump over to the left some more:) The sump has been up and running without any leaks for about 4 hours so far. Thanks for all of the help everyone. I really appreciated it:)

You won't have any problems with that! Congrats.

Have you tired to run the level of the water OVER the drilled outlets? If it could leak, that would be where you may see it. Shut your pumps off to let it fill up over the outlets and see if you have a leak. I think I had some seepage there. I never used silicone:( , but it isn't leaking.

Thanks man...The water level is sitting about 3 inches above the drilled outlet all the time and no leaks yet;) If you look good at the picture you can see where it is submerged.

Nice Krish what type of weld-on did you use?

Now you did it(LOL) I think number 16. I bought it from the Nassau platics (the guys who built my sump) and they said that's a good one for glueing acrylic and plastic together. Works like a charm!
