small polyp stoney. LPS is large polyp stoney. They both have different requirements. Some people keep it strictly SPS, or LPS, or mixed like Snappy's.
Thanks. Are you referring to the gigas clam?WOW...very nice tank.
Also, can you give me a close up of the "greenish" clam on the left? I have the same one i think, and i have never seen another one.

apollothesun nice tank, what kinda calcium reactor do you have?
I haven't decided which is a bigger money drain. It's always something with one or the other of them or both.Mrktplayer I like your chevy better Great tank though
Thanks very muchkrish75 Great looking tank Greg!!!!
Thank you, I dose manually into the sump.NanoReefer411 I'd go with the reef tank any day over a car! Unless I could sell the car for a profit, buy a bigger and nicer tank. Your tank is really beautiful. What are you using to dose? Is it manual or by pump? I recently heard it's a bad idea to dose CA/ALK even in a high flow area. I personally haven't had any problems with it. I don't want to find out the hard way though.
