Very interesting, You need to start a Build Thread so us Freaks can follow your build and ask why you have done things in the not so normal way.
I noticed you have a couple of holes in the divider walls, I assume they are to keep the water level in the tank(as a whole) at the same height.
How do you plan to divide the return water from the sump equally to each independent section?

thanks, i will start one soon, just waiting for finalize a few things

yes the holes will have custom plastic plugs i am making that i can change and clean as needed, they will help with the water level between the sections, as its all the same tank, just divided. the dividers will have 2cm egg-crate ontop so that the water can flow over the top as well, but as i build i will make changes if needed
i will be having a 32mm return manifold where i will have 1 return to each small section and 2 in the larger, controlled with ball valves, not exactly balanced but should be good enough.
