help with Loc line. Calling all Loc line wizards please?

I am wanting to use Loc line for my spray bar. Here is my Idea.
I planned on drilling a 1 inch bulk head. I am wanting to connect a y fitting and run 3 six inch sections of loc line on each side of bottom. I was hoping to connect 6 inch sections with a wye fitting. On the end of wye fitting I was going to plumb a flair nozzle. My goal was to have six flair nozzles that were moveable. My question is what size of fitting connect with 1 inch bulk head. Has anyone ever done this here? Is this possible to do? Can someone help me out that has experience with loc line?

Ed, I believe the largest size loc line you can get is 3/4" (not sure though, but that was as large as I found), so if that's the case, then take your 1" pipe down to a 3/4" bulkhead, then install your loc line male adapter, your wye fitting, attach your loc line segments, and finish off with your flared nozzle. Something taught to me on my plumbing thread....you don't want your locline very long on the bottom. Detritus is going to collect behind, so the shorter that distance, then the less detritus behind it. Also, be sure to get yourself some locline pliers. It aids in putting the pieces together (except on the wye fitting), but taking the pieces apart is a pain.....you have to do it by hand.

ok, so you have a adapter for 1 inch to 3/4 inch. I must of been brain dead.
You plumb 3/4 male loc line adapter. But do not go six inches it is too far because denitrius will build up behind spray bar. So I need to go down in distance between nozzles if I have five? I will definitely get loc line pliers. If I have any issues you will bail me out by being superwoman and fix it for me in a heartbeat because you have experience?

Ed, I actually have it going from 1-1/2" to a 3/4" bulkhead, then the male loc line adapter.

Be careful. I wanted to do something very similar and ran into some problems with the 3/4" LocLine fittings. The problem I encountered was that LocLine does not manufacture all the same parts for their different fitting sizes. For example, the spraybar was not made in 3/4". So I thought about doing a similar thing to what you mention. Unfortunatley, some angles and nozzles I wanted were also not made for 3/4" as well, and I would have needed to use reducers to get the same setup. In the end, I used a 3/4" garden sprinkler extensions and PVC fittings to deliver the same spraybar effect I was looking for. I hope this helps...

Loc-Line does only come in a max. size of 3/4". I also have 1" bulkhead and just use a 1" x 3/4" bushing. No big deal.

I spoke with Kevin tonight. He taught me a good point. Water will take the shortest route of escape. I am planning on going up to Spokane and having a plan drawn out for me. I learned I can not use 5 loc line flare nozzles. I will probably go with 4 flare nozzles. The problem is a 1 inch bulk head fitting only allows so much water in. Water taking the shortest route would have escaped and leave very little flow. Flare nozzles on end of each end with y fitting will disperse the water for a more even flow. I like these Big Dogs in here. My explanation of a Big Dog being someone(lots of experience) that has been around the block sharing their experience from their mistakes.
