Welcome to the board bobcat! It is good to have you. Very nice tank, very nice :D

Thats one big fat happy elegence coral in there! Tank looks great!
Why are you switching over to 400 watt lights?

Nick

we were not sure weather to go 250 or 400 but there were some hicups with our lights so they are replacing them all so we decided to up to 400 so i can have acro and other light lovers

250 W halides should be more then enought to satisfy even the most light demanding corals. Here is my tank lit by 250's and it is 25" deep

no shark 11 lights and they had faulty wiring and exploding ballasts so far the suplier and manafacturer have acted quickly we waited 3 mths for the lights to be imported and we got permission to have our electricion make them safe so we can use them while the ship the replacements been very frustrating

wow !!!! big t your tank looks great i guess we could have stayed with 250 but due to the hicups with our lights we are getting the up grade at no extra so why not i had already factered the running of 400w before we started the tank

Hi Bobcat, Woozes that is a nice tank, lots of water!
Glad to have you aboard RF, Welcome!
When you get time if you can I'd like to see your plumbing & filtration out back. One more question, I'm sure your going to build a top?
