yea i am going to build a top need to put in extraction fans for condensation first also waiting on electronic conroller for timing the lights theres 12 power cords!!! then will cover top.
 
thanks for the warm welcome !! will post some more pics soon . i am setting up my fudge it has 5"sand live rock and has been sitting for 6 weeks now im putting a 150w mh and adding macro algy.
 
lol retyo if you give about 160 gallons then ok. 2500l x 0.264172051 = 660.43 gallons.
 
sump is located out side on decking it is plumbed through the window. skimmer is plumbed to the waste water and i have a sink built in the sump cover that is plumbed to the fresh water rain tanks that also suply the auto top off. there are three returns into the tank each has its own pump the calc reactor is all setup but have not started it yet .
 
Wow thanks that is some cool stuff, I have one question, in the first sump pic you have these plugs that go to a power strip but there is the black thing plugged in first, what is that?

thats the auto top off float i have two 2000ltr rainwater tanks plumbed to the sump for top up and the sink for cleaning ect. there are three inlets in the tank each with its own pump 2 heaters the calcium reactor , skimmer there is a fuge with deep dandbed but it dosnt show up in the pic too well the sump is 8ft long the cover is like a big toy box with a couple of doors the skimmer is plumbed to the waste water but is removable for cleaning.we are just waiting on a control panel to run the lights and then we can just consentrate on the stock.
 
water fow is great in fact had abit of trouble with sand storms . there are 4 6100 streams and 2 6200 2 over flos +the 3 inlets so the water movement is both random and fairly strong .
