Last entree onto RF wa at 11:50 Jan 31st, I was trying to check my Horde (email) and received a Script error. (From my home) I can't connect through my wi-fi or Lan line. I'm connecting now Via my BB not connting through my wi-fi. I can to to ALL except RF. I can receive emails at [email protected]. Please help!!!!! Thx

I just went into your user profile and don't see anything showing you are blocked. Mike or Scooty may have to look deeper to see if they see anything. Kinda odd...I guess give them some time to log in and check it out. :)

I did on ALL 3 of my computers including restoring each one to 2days ago, I'm getting a Internet Exploree Cannot display the Webpage. I could view and login up till 11pm last night when I tried to check my email and used the wrong User Name of Dtech1224, I then received a Script error and a try to login again page, but would let me change the password but not the User Name at all and after that I can't' login into the .com, Horde, or Face book websites for RF, which led me to being blocked out by IP, MAC addrees, and name of router. I'm going to try to link directly to my providers router to see what happens. Also I can view and login with my BB as long as I don't go through my router. I even cleared out the registry.

Did the flush with no results so i've dropped the Linksys router and plugged directly into the Comcast router with success. Not sure yet why the Linksys would drop only RF site? Last night i set it to it's factory default but going to see it there is a update for the router. Thanks for ALL the help in this matter.

You need to purge the old I.P. address out of the Linksys, you will have to log into it and remove your old connection, You'd think that after a reset it would of purged it. Before you get too deep, try plugging it back in now that you're able to get in directly, that may force it to dump the old i.p.

Scooty probably broke it. :)

Don

Oh yea, I really broke it!:deadhorse:

if cleaning the cache and cookies does NOT work, then you may have to flush the DNS entries from the router..from a command prompt, type ipconfig /flushdns, and then press ENTER.

for additional information on this command, check out Flush and reset a client resolver cache using the ipconfig command: Domain Name System(DNS)

Reset with no success.

I think you will need to get into the router program and do something similar to this. I have several routers and they all have a way to log into them and configure it. If you never done this before then you may need to contact the person the set you up in the first place. The router usually comes with instructions on how to log into it, usually you just type in an i.p. address to access the router and configure it.

It is probably a slow ttl on his comcast dns server.
From the command prompt type nslookup reeffrontiers.com you should get 64.57.208.234 if you do not, comcast's dns is slow.
You can get around this by adding the correct ip to your host file. give me a shout if you get stuck.

When we changed servers we had to repoint to a new dns 64.57.208.234 so as Todd mentioned thats what you should be seeing. I am also on comcast and have not had any issues. Beyond that I am technically void so I will leave it up to the smarter folks here. On the email I am in the process of restarting it as we dumped the old program as it was not very good. This new one should allow for all the pop3 and forwarding.

Mojo

Hahaha, yeah right Mojo no tech at all :)

DTECH: nope just bring up the command prompt (Start button then run, type in "cmd") if you run xp
If you run 7 then start button type cmd into the search window and a black window will open.
In the command prompt window type (ignoring the quotes) "nslookup reeffrontiers.com"
This will tell you which ip address the computer is trying to reach when you tell the browser to go to www.reeffrontiers.com.

FWIW, if you are running Windows 7, make sure you use Run as administrator for the command prompt, as a normal cmd prompt will not accept nslookup, ipconfig, etc..

Running Vista, 27yrs IT but out for 5yrs.

Scooty I reset the program from using the Firmware Software that's enbedded in the router

NWDiver: Ran nslookup reeffrontiers.com TTL timed out and this is going straight through the Comcast Router.

I placed the IP of 64.57.208.234 to see if the DNS would resolve the IP and it sent me to the cPANEL (this is the page that Monday night blocked me).

I'm going to contact Comcast and have them reset their router. For now i can access with a direct link to the Comcast router (man all that typeing on my BB was cramping my hands) Thanks for ALL the help and will follow up this evening or tomorrow morning.

Ok this morning (going the through my router) i was able to very the HOME page ONLY, but and message popped up saying "My Token had expired". I can't go any of the other pages and the HOME page so up as a error if continue to refresh. Maybe this will help some.
