That's a good picture,Well several sea slugs have evolved.
It looks like a Phylum Phoronida.
As it makes no sense to me. Phoronida, Horeshoe Worms, are a Lophohorate related to Bryozoans. Kind'a or often mis-ID as small duster worms.
