List of corals safe with idol

Not sure if i'm in the right place to ask this but i'm looking for a list of corals DEFINATELY safe with idol's. Has been hit and miss for me lately and all i have discovered so far is soft corals are all ok(except zoanthids, assuming they are classed as a soft coral?). A few stoney's have been fine so far as well -jardini, torch, acropora.

Any advice would be great, or even a link if this question has been asked before,,

You'll find the Idol is usually fine with soft corals. Hard corals are 'hit and miss.' Just as you've discovered.

This fish, as well as many marine fishes, will eat corals they sense are dying or under stress. Nature doesn't waste energy. So, much depends not only on the fish, but the wellness of the corals.

I think it is best i stick to the softies for the sake of keeping this fish (which ofcourse i don't mind).
While we are on the topic, if i keep mainly soft corals that are completely safe from the Idol, will an Emperor Angel be ok with those corals also, if i add one??

The Emperor Angel, in its adult form, will first require a 300 gallon aquarium for the first two or three years, then it will need to be moved into a 500 gallon aquarium.

I think your 190 isn't the right place for it to begin with, much less worrying about invertebrates that will go with it.

It is a very beautiful fish. That is why so many hobbyists want it; that is why so many are willing to break the spacing requirements. Then the LFSs go along with the selling of them into too-small of spaces for the $ (and repeat $ when it dies). These fish get to over 16 inches in length and they grow fairly quickly when fed properly.

They do like to swim a lot and when middle to larger size, cover quite a distance in the wild.
