Lynwood/Alderwood

Im heading up to Lynwood/Alderwood in a few hours and was hoping someone may be able to recommend a LFS thats worth checking out? Someone respond quick! Im leaving soon.:lol:

Or anywhere around there that might be worth seeing outside Lynnwood. I live in VERY SOUTH hill Puyallup and I never make it any further out than Saltwater city and Blue Sierra (which are both very nice stores I might add)
Its just fun to check out something new.

Brett, I don't think there is any good SW LFS up in Lynnwood. At least that I'm aware of..

The only one I'm aware of up North is Denny's Pet World in Totem Lake. It's not greatest though, but it is a LFS with some SW.

Only other SW (other than Petco) I know of in the area is Pet-Pourri in Everett (north of SR 526 on Evergreen)

Pet-Pourri is probably the best bet in the Everett/Lynnwood area. Although whoever I talk to when I'm there says "I'm not sure, I deal with freshwater". Wonder who does their SW ordering hehe.

Pet-Pourri is ok. A few corals and a few fish. I have been in there dozen of times but never bought anything other than supplies.

There is also Bridges Pets in Lake Stevens. It is ok too. They have good prices on salt. That is about all I buy their. They have someone new handling the reef stuff. So hopefully they will be getting some better stuff in.

Jones and Company Pets in Marysville has a couple of corals and fish as well. Bridges Pets and Pet-Pourii are better.

I usually just make the drive down to South. I have even make the trip to the Shark Reef a few times. Their prices and selection make up for the fuel $.

Also if you head up north to Mt. Vernon, Under The Sea is pretty good.

JasonD: You plan on heading to the shark reef anytime soon? I've got 120lbs. of aragonite sitting there for me, hehe. Or is anybody wanting to go down there and would want to pay half the gas? I would like to go down there by Friday(I have Friday off) Not trying to thread jack, sorry.

We check all the stores around here, but I really wouldn't go out of your way to go there.... the stock is low and the corals slim to none.
