Tank/house finishing 270g w/pics

I was in the local hardware store getting some trim and the employee said "your that guy with fish and getting that manatee sized holding tank huh?" "hows that going?" It made me laugh at how small this town is.

So I decided to make a build thread here. I just finished the office/den where its going so I ordered the tank from Clear Fabrications - Thx again Jason -

Tank 72x36x24
Stand 72x36x40
Sump 48x24x16 ? Still deciding
Skimmer BubbleMaster 250
Lighting Sfligoi 2x 36" 8 bulb t-5's still looking

Now for pictures (overflows and plumbing is still in question)

room before flooring/layer/texturing/paint/fixtures and sheetrock
(the yellow wires are separate 20amp outlets)

after sheetrocking:(with proposed tank placement)

well since me and my wife are teachers and we bought the house in june and was gone much of july we had just shy of 2 months completion from framing to finish.:p

really 2 months is good quickest time u could build a house here is like 8 months nice pics everything looks like its going well

Doesn't that guy know Manatee's don't live in MT? hahahahhahahhahahhah anyway if you filled your home up with water for the beast where would you all live? In the tank? :D

Well I wish I did.... but since the iraqis took the use of my right hand with a roadside bomb:(, I no longer can do things like that, so the compliments should really go to Jason at Clear Fabrications ,but if you really want to compliment me you can say that I did made a wonderful decision by choosing Jason to do this...lol :D
