Things are looking up.
I have had some losses, and due to those losses, I may be doing some rearranging to get some of my LPS to where they can grab some more direct light. I guess we will see what happens here this week. Oh........................ and I put the good old black leather chair back in front of the tank, so I fully expect to get some quality relaxation time after I rearrange.

Well............................ Kim came up Friday, I couldn't talk her into taking any frags, but I did talk her into taking a bunch of pics . For some reason the fish love to pose for her. So that is kinda what I am waitin for here, I know she got some great Emperor pics!!!!!!
In the meantime, I did some water tests yesterday and the alk. was down to about 7.8 on the dkh scale, so I am assuming that I can almost get back to my regular dosing here. I will just keep a really close eye on things and not let it get out of hand again, that was dumb and it cost me a bunch of coral. Does anybody besides me wonder why they got into the SPS thing to start with?
I will keep what I have that is alive and well, but I do think that I am going to drift more into the LPS end of things and hope my Emperor Angel doesn't think that the buffet line has opened up.......................lol.
I will get downstairs after a shower here and try get some tank update pics, it is almost April........................... isn't it? Anybody got any ideas for LPS besides the Euphyllia family, I love those and am going to get a few more for sure, just waiting for Devon to start fragging some of his stuff.

Ah, I see your post here - waiting patiently for me to post some pictures. I like your new LED's, and wowser do they throw out the blues! I did a little color temp tweaking so they don't look freaky. Here are some of the better ones. I think I have some new favorite fish though . . . that starry blenny just seems to pose for me! And the trigger is so darn cute. Thanks again for having me over. Love the new lights.

I wish mine was a clear as yours........................lol. Do you think I should turn the whites up a might?
LOL, now it is in print to, and you know me, I will remember it. I will see what I can do the next time I turn them up, the whites are at 38% right now. I bet 5% would make at least a little difference. I will take before and after pics when I do that.
