Thanks James...I hope so. If not, it's great entertainment huh?:p You guys can learn from my mistakes as well as whatever successes;)

Having a tank isn't the most important thing in life. It is fun and can kill hours of work spending time online. It is a hobby. I am sure taking down the 75 was hard but I think that is an easy trade for your baby. anyways Lately I have seen tons of people getting bigger and bigger tanks. I still remember chucks 75 gallon as one of the best tanks out there. why cant you have the most impressive 24 gallon ever. You can get as many looks as a 300 gallon. The only thing is will hold you back from is certain fish.

fish stock list. would be cool

Candy basslet- real one
helfrichi firefish
mystery wrasse

in that order.

one big blue acro.
a plating coral

Thanks Brad...And that is what I'm shooting for. It was my decision to go with the Aquapod and I'm thinking positively. I could have told my wife I'm not switching to deal with it, but what for? Same for the 75gal...She would have gotten over it. I will probably enjoy this tank more than any I've had. I'm not big on fish/bio-loads...Just beauty. I'm not even sure if anyone spends as much time on just rockwork as I do. I'm siked about the tank...Really excited. Should come out really nice so we'll see:)

Edit...Forgot to add. A tank could never compare to my little one or my wife. When I said i was bummed out about having to take down the 75gal and now the cube, it's not because of anything other than having to take down something I've put so much effort into to. :)

I honestly don't know what more to say...I think I've explained things enough on my cube's thread as well as here as to why things are as they are, but I guess not if Brian is getting pm's now. All I can say is you have to do things in life for the benefit of all. My tank was my greatest hobby, but now I have a child. For those of you that don't have any children, they change things for you. I would toss my tank in the street in a heart beat if I had to because it could never compare to my family, but my wife doesn't want me to do that because she likes looking at it and I'm sure Emily will as well, as well my wife knows that I enjoy having one. Money isn't an issue...My wife thinks it is rediculous that the electricity bill went up $300+ just because of a fish tank and I could agree with that. That is a lot for a small 2ft tank, but other than that, I spend what I want on my tank just like my wife spends what she wants when she wants. I'm being told that I should have researched things before I got into all of this or thought about what my wife though about things etc which is rediculous to me. I know the hobby is expensive and knew there would come a time when I would have to downgrade more than ever and simplify more than ever to dedicate my time elsewhere when my family expanded which is where I am now. That's why I enjoyed my other tanks while I had the chance and spent what I wanted. I'm simplifying because "I" want to, not because I was told I had to. I'm doing what "I" want and need to do so like I've said before on an older thread of mine where I was put down for not having corals...If you don't like what I am doing, then just pass by my threads...I don't mind. I honestly can't go on explaining things anymore...I'm probably going to ask that this thread either be locked or deleted because it has gone on too long with me explaining the same thing over and over and not getting through and maybe I'll start a new one or just show photos somewhere when I get the aquapod up and running...
