Hey Matt, back to the pics, have you taken a look at your white balance? It may just be me, but the pics look a little blue. JMHO:oops:

I have been trying but My rock is very very purple and the light is pretty blue so it is hard to get the pictures to not look blue..

Not real familiar with Nikon, but all I did was get into the menu and it should have a custom WB setting. I just took a pic of a white piece of paper and have been good to go since then. Someone who is more familiar with Nikons might be able to give you some better advice here, I hope.:D

Thanks, BTW I had the reporter and photographer over the other night, it was really cool, she took some great pictures, I cant wait to see it in the news tribune!!!

Matt

Hey Matt! That's great that a reporter and photgrapher came to your house too! Did they also go to Andy's? Is this still for the Decorating Section or have they decided to expand to Reef Tanks? Was your photographer willing to share photos? Another week.

Your tank is looking fabulous too! All that work is certainly paying off!
Congratulations!

Vicki,
It was fun having the photographer over! As far as I know They interviewed Andy over the Phone and had him email his own pictures. (as did I) but they contacted me and said they wanted to come out with their photographer to take more. As for the article I am not sure if they are expanding it or not but I cant wait to see it, she took this really cool picture of me posing on the other side of the tank so you can see THrough the reef! I also wander if she is going to use any of the pictures of my shark tank cause she took a ton of them..
She is going to send me a cd with all the pictures she took on it so that will be way cool.

Thanks for the colmpliment about the reef, I did put a lot of work into it and I am very happy with it..

Matt
