I see the information is posted to the website, I think we should post the same text on the PSAS forum here. I can do it if we are in agreement.

So have the e-vites/e-mail invitations gone out for this? I did not receive one.
 
Alright, Its time to get serious regarding this meeting. I (we) need to know how much money is needed to pay for the room at BCC. If we are going to meet/take Randy out to lunch or dinner is the club going to pay for it? If so, do we want to set a budget for this typ of thing?

Also, We have a raffle. I have two colors of raffle tickets so Ill bring them.
Are we going to get the $25 gift certificate for the door prize? If so, where from and who is going to get it?
Does anyone know what happened to the name tags in the last couple of meetings? If not, Ill get some over the weekend when I'm working on posters.
I have the drinks and the club cooler. I think if I pick up about one more six pack of soda we should be fine for this meeting. Ill have to get it on my own. My family seemed to think it was OK to help themselves to everything, even after I told them to stay out. KIDS!!!

As Kris asked. Did the E-vites go out? Im pretty sure they did but cant remember.

Lets get to thinking about this and work out htese details right away. Then next Saturday we arent scrambling at the last minute.

Yes, the evite did go out. I just confirmed it.

Duane, I would send you the bill from my side.

BCC = $220
Randy's Reed Hotel = not booked since waiting on Randy(but around ~100 for a night).

BTW, we should annoucne on out post and evite that there'll be raffle. It sure entice more people to come...

The Bod in the past used the Comfort Inn in Bellevue, right off exit 148. I did call Randy Reed. I left message for him to call me back so room could be set up. I will call you or email you as soon as I hear back from him. I will call Reef Nutrition and see if he is in his shop.
 
I have a roll of tickets also, and I can bring the some of those coffee cans for collecting tickets.

I think we should announce the door prize and also if not already done announce the raffle, we don't have to list what will be there only that we are having them.

Side note: What do you all think about simplifying the membership form? All we really need is name, RF name, and e-mail address right? It seems there were alot more fields than were needed. Just a thought and I heard a few comments on this.

Idaho Club member donated some Bellaphos. Its a GFO or phosphate remover.
Randy said he would donate some foods.
 
Randy would like one night stay at a Motel close to Bellevue community college.
I recommended The Comfort Inn off I90 close to 148th. He said that would be awesome. He would like to spend the night on Friday. He will give presentation Saturday and head towards Portland that night.
 
So I did get my e-vite, just forgot that went to our business e-mail account.

Have we been updating the e-vite list with new members? I know there were a couple people new to the club at the frag swap and I assume they joined:

Cloesgranny

Just want to make sure everybody is getting the evites, as I told them about the club and the frag swap.

Also I think we were in agreement on the door prize, who is going to pick up the certificate?

I do nto have their email addresses. Bob, can you share them so I can add them?

Regarding GC, I can pick it up. But I usually do not go there. So, if this is your regular stop place, please pick it. Or else I will go there and pick it up.
