I'm sure this is the oldest trick in the book but I'll mention it anyway...

My technique for venting excess CO2 is to open a couple of windows in the tank room, open the cabinet doors, and remove the collection cup off my in sump needle wheel skimmer for a few hours. Works great.

Neither of those will do much of anything. You can pump about 3 cfm of outside air into your overflow drain pipes or drip kalk. :)

Happy new year Don. What do you use to get the air into your sump drain lines??
pump size? " what kind of pump? "
size of air line??
