One way to avoid complaints from neighbors who probably don't have power themselves...is to offer it to them. They will probably say no thanks but, may not be as quick to complain about the noise either. Just a thought.

yeah i did offer it to my next door neighbor but my neighbor above me and below me i didn't which i thought the sound would probably go sideways more so than up and down.....

but yeah that is a good idea. i offered my neighbor next door a hot cup of coffee

The dimensiona are 12" x 10", but this one doesn't have the connecotor to hook into the cigarette lighter of the car. This has bolt down terminals and two outlets, and comes with cooling fans.
You actually have to make your own batter cables to connect to this unit.
