fuge light recomendations

I have a 12 x 8 fuge that i need to light. Is 18 watts of pc 65k going to do this? Only cheato in sump. about 2 large hand fulls. Has been growing fast in my old sump (20 gal with 90 watt clamp 65k light but can't fit that light in my setup.)

The chaetomorpha will grow much slower so it won't export as many nutrients. But it will still grow.

Sorry to hijack this a little, but a 6.5k bulb works fine or should it be in the 10k range?

I was told to get a Home Depot $5 fixture and throw a bulb in that. Makes sense. With one or two of those on there and some decent bulbs you could have 140/150 watts of light.
