well looks like i might have a little issue i have a temp swing of 79-83! i have my heater set with my acjr to come on at 78 and off at 79 but it doesnt go below 79 and gets up to 83 during the day. i have never had this big of a temp swing even when i lived in az?
any ideas?

A good fan, or drop your heater so you get 75-79 instead

Keep in mind that using a fan will cause your tank to evaporate even more water. So just keep an eye on the water level (also salinity) if you don't have an auto top off.

going to follow your thread as i'm thinking about gettting the same tank.

I was at dennys same day as you (i have the price card that out of your tank). they said they would sell it to me for the same price. need to convince the girlfriend it won't overtake our living room (have a 34G now). thanks for all the pics on your sump, will help me if i make the move to bigger tank. looks great so far!
