depending how long you plan on having the tank dry, you might want to throw a tarp or something to keep the dust out and tank clean.

Thanks, I will clean it and scrape out the coraline, probably polish or buff anything I need to yadda yadda yadda, but very good point when I do get it ready to store.......Unless by then I kinda succombe to the temptation to get it wet LOL

sounds like you have some work (physical and research) b4 it gets wet..need to have your plan together before it see water.

absolutely, that is something I am good for researching. not much work on tank, itself. probably a minor scratch here or there...But I want to look at the sump design and plumbing.....I also want to research closed loop methods. and how to do that best.

so Ill be more than happy to visit and see that tank LOL I see what others do, and learn
