So.... I've been having a problem with some of my zoa's and paly's lately. Retracing and melting a bit so I am going to try Vitamin C dosing to see if I can turn this thing around. They are in a 28 gallon tank and I am going to use this product http://www.iherb.com/NutriBiotic-Ascorbic-Acid-Crystalline-Powder-16-oz-454-g/24191

Will start with 1/2 a teaspoon twice daily. I will get pics up tomorrow of the ones looking bad and see what happens!

i've read some decent results from using it.. haven't used it myself.. but i do hit the food with selcon about once a week, and it has a bunch. have you used selcon at all? just wondering if you had if you saw any indications after having done so?

gonna follow along with this thread. Id like to know how it works. Hope it helps.

So anyway, I started dosing vit c 5 days ago. I was going to start out with 1/2 teaspoon twicw a day but backed that off a bit. I am doing 1/2 teaspoon daily and will double that on day 7. These are a few pics(could be better!) of one of the frags. So far the are puffing up a little more and one polyp is starting to sightly open.

Try to use some Brightwell's AminoOmega. That's when I saw a big change in my zoa's. Before I used it I couldn't get my zoa's to open up at all and after just a couple of doses, they opened right up and are now spreading across my live rock. I won't ever have a zoa in my tank without this stuff. It is like any other product that has amino's in it. I think if you would try a bottle it would make a big difference for you.
