    CPR backpack 2 micro bubbles

Check this out: http://www.cpraquatic.com/pdf/bakpak.pdf If you scroll all the way to the bottom of the page, it gives a little blurb about how to adjust your outlet to minimize bubbles in the tank. Maybe it will help.

    Spindle weed invasion!!!!

So, I have Spindle Weed (Neomeris annulata) growing ALL OVER my LR. I thought it was harmless at first, but now the stuff is everywhere. I try to remove it and scrub my rocks clean of it, but I swear every time I do that, it just gets worse.:cry: It's a nightmare. Any suggestions on how...

    How to Catch a Shrimp

Hey Guys! I have a quick question: What is the best way to catch a peppermint shrimp without having to dismantle my entire tank? She is a quick, sneaky little git, and I swear I've tried everything, does anyone else have this problem? I want to transfer her into a larger tank with tons of...

    Teeny White Brittle Star

I have found at least four scaling the bottom of my tank. This is the first time I have seen one in there, let alone an abundance of them. Including their arms, they're probably app. an inch (super tiny, sorry...no pic.) and I was just curious if they are okay to have in my 3 gal Pico-C Nano...

    The Detachment of a Coral

    The Detachment of a Coral

My leather coral split in half. One side is still attached to the LR. The other was floating around at the bottom of the tank. What i did was band him on a small LR, in hopes he will re-attach himself, then I can snip that rubberband. Is there another way to go about this? a better way? I...

    Newbie Needs Help

I had a battle with flatworms recently. I didn't want to put chemies in my tank and tried my hardest to go about eradicating them biologically, but in the end, I used Flatworm Exit. It worked, it was awesome. good times. I got a turkey baster outta the deal. Gotta love the turkey baster...

    Cleaning Filter Socks

I just turn off my powerheads and pull the socks. I spray the bejeebers outta them with the garden hose until they are as clean as i can possibly get them. Then I just stick em' right back on and turn the power back on. A-B-C easy as 1-2-3. I fear chemicals of any kind in my tank. I must be...

    Nitrate??

aloo1: If you feel like you need something to fill the void that the bio-bale left behind, I heard people like to put LR rubble in the Bak Pak in place of the bio bale. You could stick a lil' baggie of carbon at the bottom and fill the remainder with rubble. Just a fancy schmancy idea ;)

    Down with FedEx!!

I would go with Fed Ex over UPS. As some would probably know, it's the lesser of two evils  IMO.:D
