    Need zoa help

Oh I missed it. Looks like your deal with zoapox. Hmm, I don't believe there is much you can do if you leave the zoos in the display. I have dealt with zoapox a few times and furan 2 dips seem to work well. If you do end up doing the dip be sure to soak the zoos in salt water for 20 minutes...

What is the problem you are experiencing? Are you looking to treat the tank for something or just the colonies?

Stuck between skimmers, and need an opinon

I'm not familar with those skimmers personally but I can say that IME the bigger the skimmer the better. You can always put your skimmer on a timer if it seems to be to powerful for your bio load. Don't skimp on this piece of equipment ;) And I'm not saying you are but just wanted to express...

Will my Occ Clowns ever get along?

 I have to admit, I did get a little worried as I began reading your post! If he's to drunk to swim I guess he will have to drive :D

Will my Occ Clowns ever get along?

hmm, wish I knew. There is always hope but my guess is that they won't pair up. You could always play some romantic music and splash a little red wine in there:lol:

losing heads on frogspawn and hammer

This is good advise. There is a lot of things that could cause this. The fastest solution can be a simple water change. That will help bring everything back to where it should be, even the things you can't test for. Running some fresh carbon too can't hurt. If you have some KENT Tech D or...

Do I have something to worry about?

No I don't believe what you have there would cause any damage to a coral. You can, as returnofsid said, snap off the tubes there by kiiling them. If you want to do that to your candy cane as a way on confirming they are not the cause then go for it. I would be looking at other causes though...

Do I have something to worry about?

I'm not great at identifying things in terms of names etc but I think what you have there is something that I have had for years and will not cause harm to your corals. Some sort of tube worm that casts out a net for filter feeding I think. No worries, just another cool finding that makes this...

When the heads were dying, did you see any brown film or jelly around them?

    Let's See Some Zoos!

That's amazing. It's no wonder you can ship zoo's "dry".

    Let's See Some Zoos!

Knee high water? I never would have guessed that. Man I would love to see some coral in the wild. The only thing I'm seeing these days is snow!

    Let's See Some Zoos!

Very cool! Any other zoo pics in the wild??? A few years ago we did a eastern Caribbean cruise and I snorkeled every chance I got. There was a lot of brains to be seen but I never saw any zoo's. Here's a pic of some blue paly's that we started farming not long ago...
