    Website WYSIWYG Update

I get an internal server error message dialog window a lot on the BR site, specifically when one of the info popups is supposed to appear when you mouseover an item. It happens about half the time for me when one of the popups is supposed to appear. I'm using firefox on linux. The site is...

    PVC primer and cement

Is there any special tricks to gluing gate valves? I'm concerned about pushing too much cement into the bottom while joining it to the pipe, it may glue the gate to the valve body?

    How big should I go?

Theres the trick.. Depending on how you define quality, most of those items above could range in price from a few hundred to several thousand each.

I don't think the OP was arguing against stickies.. just maybe a way to make them more "Ergonomic" :D

    nitrate "terminator" ??

Many people still use bioballs, though its generally accepted that more natural filtration with live rock is more desirable. I've never heard of this, but it seems similar to other nitrate reactors available (coil, sulphur, etc) Like stated above, I think its currently more accepted to use a...

    wholesale to the public?

On the other hand, I and I'm sure many other people in this great hobby would never have gotten started in the first place if it wasn't for the internet pricing. I do try to buy a certain percentage of consumables and equipment and all livestock from my lfs, I try to see it as promoting good...

    Bicolor Pseudochromis or Royal Gramma?

I have no experience with the Pseudochromis, but the Royal Grammas can also be fairly aggressive. My RG tries to rip my hand and/or the syphon tube apart while I'm cleaning up around its cave. Its not big enough to hurt, but it is startling sometimes. Very entertaining :)

    Skimmer transition

I don't have direct experience with the urchin, but the Remora, which I've had two of, is basically the same design. I wouldn't use it in anything over 20-30 gallons, I don't know about the "Pro" model, but personally I wouldn't waste my time with it either. As far as noise, you may not hear...

    Ordering a tank

Hey there, I'm coming in to order an acrylic tank this Saturday (Seriously, I really mean it this time). The 90g 36"x24"x24". Are holes for bulkheads going to be drilled during construction, or will that be up to me later on? I haven't even decided on my plumbing setup yet, so any...

    Grand Opening Sale!!

I was by today, and picked up a frag, a swarm of snails and some dry goods. It was my first time to the store, and by the looks of it I've really been missing out! It was pretty busy but things kept moving at a decent pace. If all goes well, I'll be in again tomorrow to order a new tank.
