Feeding Frenzy!!
6 of the 10 fish in our tank LOVE algae. I thought I'd take some pics of a feeding, thought it's much better to see in person. I kept the focus on the algae, so in some of the pictures, some fish may be out of focus. This was easier than attempting to focus on individual fish as they dash in and out...lol.
When the algae first goes in the tank, the first few bites release tons of air bubbles, so sorry for the bubbles. Then there's lots of specks of algae floating around, distracting the rest of the pictures too...lol.

Tank is looking great Mike.
My tank looks just like that at feeding time.My rabbit is usaully the first to go up and rip a big chunk off. Then the sailfin goes up and takes it out of the rabbits mouth then they share it back and forth taking it from each other.Really a fun thing to watch

The camera is a Sanyo Xacti WH1 - great at HD videos, crap at still photos

Thanks all for your comments!! I don't know why the vid is working for some and not for others!! Wonder if it has to do with web browsers. I use Mozilla and stay as far away from IE as possible...lol. Or, I wonder if it has to do with having or not having a Flickr acct...or even a Yahoo acct, since Flickr is owned by Yahoo. I can view them now that you provided a link but can't access them with the video that you post on the thread. They look GOOD!!!
I'd love to find an inexpensive, waterpoof (yeah I know...oxymoron) webcam that I could just mount in the corner of the tank!!!

A bad picture of an amazing Acan
Mohawk Palys
A very generous "Tank Warming" clam from Mike (Saltybell)
Grrr, I guess I haven't got a pic of it yet. I'll have to remedy that soon.

Turbinaria Scroll coral
A gorgeous Maricultured Acropora colony that's a bit ticked off at me for just moving it.
ORA Australian Delicate
And finally, our beloved Black Occellaris pair, in their Rose Bubble Tip anemone, though the male wouldn't hold still long enough to be photographed.
Sorry, photography is my second hobby, just as addictive, and you all get to reap the rewards....or suffer the rewards, depending on how you look at it...as long as you look at it!!
