I can't believe it's been over a month, since I updated. Here's a few "top down" shots, I took yesterday, of some new and some old.

Looks great, you sure have come a long way over the past few years!
Great work
Don

Thank you Don, a lot of the "long way" we've come over the past few years, has been due to a lot of help from you!!

Nice shots Michael. =) How about a FTS?

Yeah Yeah, guess I need to get one of those up soon too...lol.

I must say, I'm totally impressed with Coralmorphologic!!! They've made a customer for LIFE!!

So, Angie placed our first order from Coralmorphologic, Sunday evening. The order was only for 2 mini-colonies of Zoanthids, that were super inexpensive. We've been checking out their site for over a year, and never ordered anything, so figured it was time to give them a try. Within a few minutes, they emailed her, asking when she'd like the order shipped, since we'd failed to put any shipping instructions in the notes. She emailed back, asking the order to be shipped out Monday, to arrive Tuesday.

Here's what just arrived.
In the box is some type of inflatable bag that looks like it belongs on a space shuttle.

A personal note, thanking Angie for ordering, along with mention of "extras!!"

I open the "Space Bag," to find a thick, plastic bag, surrounded with crumpled newspaper. Inside the bag are 3 more bags, partially wrapped in newspaper.

Zoanthid colony, all opened up, still in the bag.

Oh, can't forget to mention the refrigerator magnet, tucked under the address label. Madison, our 4 year old, nabbed that up quick, saying "I've never had a coral magnet." She does have her own corals though....lol.

Nice additions, looking forward to seeing them completely open

Me too!!

Michael, how did you connect the spaflex to the overflow drain??? We are trying to figure this out today and we are coming up with nothing. =(

Gina, the Spaflex glues directly into the PVC fittings, just as rigid PVC would. Make sure you use the PVC Primer and Glue.

Can't wait to see what you got! You will have to point them all out when I come over tomorrow. Got too late today, and I gotta go to work.

Do you have a picture of how you connected it together? Did you use the AGA bulkheads that came with the overflow? I would greatly appreciate a picture! =) We are kind of freaking out here on how to do it correctly.

WOW, I can't believe it's been so long since I've updated this thread!!

Gina, if you're still needing plumbing help, please let me know! Although, you've been here since you last posted here, so I assume you've got it figured out.

Anyway, today, I spent some time scraping coralline algae. Yep, I really did. Since I knew no one would believe me, I decided to snap a few pictures.

All pics taken with a Canon 7D. I used my 18-200mm for some and my 100mm Macro for others. The only pic to be edited, in any way, is the FTS, which was cropped, to eliminate the kitchen...lol.

Hey Michael,
When it grows, do you think I could have a frag back of my green and purple acan??? I lost mine. Another coral stung it. =( I can trade you something for it I am sure. For a frag. Thank is looking good.

RBTA on the move!!

For almost a year, our RBTA has rarely made it's self visible enough to photograph. It is anchored, under a large piece of live rock, and usually stretches out, behind that rock, out of view.

Today, it decided to stretch out, a different direction, resulting in the need to move a couple corals...lol. BUT, it did allow me to get a few pictures of it, which I haven't been able to do in a long time!!

LOL Nothing's really in focus, in this next one, but I liked it, so you're stuck looking at it.
