4-7-10 Update

Have added some new fish to the tank... A pair of baby Banggai Cardinals, an ORA Elongated Psuedochromis, an ORA Red Headed Goby and a Catalina Goby.

New corals added as well since the last update. I was lucky enough to grab some of Duane(Trido)'s stuff from his [sad]tank teardown. 1 colony of Bali Purple Bonsai, a frag of Greg Hiller's Aqua Delight acro, and his Cherry Coral's Gold Torch. Along with those, there's a few new misc corals. A super nice Tricolor frag, a couple Ziggy Stardust monti frags, and a big frag of blue prostrata from the display at the shop(trying to keep the colony alive and going as much as possible).

Onward to photos. :) Moved one rock from the side up to the top to make more room. I'm probably going to end up totally removing a couple rocks all together...

Fishies... The gobies and psuedo hide in the back corner of the tank so the photos of them suck donkey nards.

Duane's Bali Bonsai. I am tickled with how well all of these coral photos turned out. Aside from resizing and like 10% sharpening, these are all untouched.

That bonzai looks great in your tank. I hope that the GHAD colors back up quickly for you.

Your new additions look awesome especially the Bali Bonsai. Your pictures are superb as usual. Awesome looking 34gal tank.

Great additions! Now are you running your tank cooler for the catalina or is he acclimated to the normal warmer temps?

I'm keeping it at 76... We've had a catalina for over a year in the Elos tank at the shop, with the tank kept at 76, so i'm going to give it a try and see how mine does.

New and final fish

I'd been waiting to come across the "final awesome fish" to add to the tank, and decided on this Peppermint Hogfish that came in on the last fish order at BR. I've been wanting an awesome looking kind of "show piece" fish, and this fits the bill. Plus its red and white, one of my fav color combos on a fish. It'll end up getting a bit too big for the 30gal solana, but I have plans for getting the 60gal XL Solana within the next couple years so he'll have a bigger home by the time he gets bigger.

Pardon the crappy "in bag" shots. I know I prolly wont be able to get pics of him once he's in there for long.
