DIY Skimmer Workshop

For our first workshop we are going to do a DIY project. The project will be a diy skimmer. It will be a recirc/needle wheel style skimmer with Key-hole flanges and many other new features. The workshop will be presented by our very own DonW. We will list all the parts, tools and plumbing parts required to build the project and then will do a step by step pictorial session to show you exactly how to make it yourself. The workshop will be wide open for you to ask questions as we proceed. This workshop is scheduled to begin on Monday 9th in our new Workshop forum.

Anyone interested in seeing a coned connection between the body and neck of this skimmer? Will require a wood lathe but you can always skip over the cone section.
