Oh yeah definately, but you wouldn't want to direct the flow right at them anyways, but bounce them off of the glass etc to get good current/circulation for them. One of the main things would be keeping the rocks covered to prevent detritus from settling on them and putting them in suspesion in the water column to be skimmed off, mechanically removed or used up by the corals and not stuck in the systems degrading water quality. In any event, it's not about how much flow you have, but how well placed it is so you may be good...Don't let the high numbers some people have in terms of flow discourage you at all.
