I do understand a budget. ( I just wish I could stick to mine. lol)
The SCA skimmers are suppose to be good ones.

Hey I live in the U.P. Of Michigan! Wouldn't drive anything less. 96 Grand Cherokee LT. All time 4WD! Love love my Jeep! 156000 miles and runs like a charm

I think you should give that skimmer thread a shot on RC.
There are several there that may have a better option, although I doubt you will find any in the price range of the 301.

Yup those work! Bit noisy.
I was gonna get the bigger ones. Just wantes something that would last a bit longer. Lots of bubble magus on the auction site too.
