So are we planning on me doing the shopping? If so what are we going to need, I cannot remember if we had discussed a menu. I see we have 16 yeses on the e-vite and 4 maybes. How accurate of a count do you usually get from the e-vite?

I have had more people ask me for addresses on here. Ghazni for one. I will reply.
Chadmace, Herefishy, etc. I was thinking I sent 5 people copied evites.
People do not always answer Evites. I would plan on 30 people at least.
We usually just supply drinks, paper plates, forks, cups. Did it get mentioned on Evite this was a Potluck? My home email is down right now.

Okay, I am planning on shopping. I will buy Hamburgers, hot dogs, maybe some brauts, buns for all of the above and mustard, ketchup, relish, mayo, lettuce, onion, tomato, drinks (water and soda?) and ice. Sound good? Am I missing anything? Vicki mentioned earlier in this thread $250 for food. Are we good with that amount?

Also, I just re-read this thread and I cannot see where we made a firm decision on the raffle ticket prices, I still like the idea of two levels of raffles ($5 or 5 for $20 tickets for the 3 large items (tank, sump, RODI) and $2 or 3 for $5 tickets for a general raffle with everything else in it) and have collected some plastic coffee cans to use to collect the tickets. No one ever answered my question of whether the club has tickets already and if so do we have 2 different colors? I am still planning on running the raffle so no-one else would need to worry about this. If the club does not have tickets do you know where I can get them.

Steven and I spoke on the phone. To bring everyone up to date I am handling shopping for food and the logistics for and selling of raffle tickets. See you all tomorrow. Should be fun!!!

I don't think we raffled it off and I don't recall seeing a certificate either. Guess we messed that one up, huh?

Just went back and read Steve's message that was posted and HE (Steve) was going to make up a certificate to give out.
