Dolphins diving

This was cool. They had the visitors lay out like a starfish in the water and two dolphins came up from behind and one pushed each foot and propelled the person across the lagoon. They were going really fast as you can see in the second shot!!

Now a few the kids and adults would enjoy. Outside inflated water slides

Hammocks for lazy people like Mojo

Some water activities. My wife left their bruised up trying to climb these things LOL

Last few coming in a sec.

And the last few. I was feeling like turn so didn't take much pics. Actually I didn't even get wet :doubt:. Still was a nice day relaxing and watching everyone have fun.

This is where the you get your booze for those that like to drink!

Where you get lunch

One of the ferry's that bring you over

The house I will buy so you guys can visit and stay with me :D

And that's it for now. My wife took tons of them of the kids playing but didn't bother throwing them all up so this is an option for those visiting Nassau. Hope you enjoyed. :)

Does the boat come with the house your buying?
I would be happy sleeping there, LOL

Nice pics. Wish I could be there to see it live (Sometime in late Feb)

Heck! If I could afford that house, then I could afford a few of those boats . Definately make your way down here! There are so many things I wanted to add here (pictures) but it has just been a crazy year and definately summer that I never got a chance to get any under water pictures with my camera that I have been dying to do. Just never made it out in the boat. :doubt:. Always one thing or the other, but eventually. :)

Spent the day at Atlantis and snapped a few photos. If the kids get to bed early enough tonight to where I can upload them, I will post them tonight. If not, definately tomorrow. Got a few of some lemon sharks, some tanks etc. :)

As promised. Not very many pictures because I was using a new camera so they came out like turd, but atleast a few. Couldn't get the flash to turn off so half of my pictures of the fish in the tanks came out with with the big flash in it so I had to get a few from at an angle.

View from mid level of one of the many sildes there. They had a level above this!! The box you see in the first shot is where one of the slides goes through the shark tank. Pretty cool!

Two sharks swimming around the slide

Seahorse tank

Clownfish tank. They got some new ones in there finally

And some jelly fish.

Thought I'd revive this thread with a shot from the beach today of two odd looking star fish. Spencer will be two this month and is finally settling down it seems so summer time, I finally get to hit the beach and boat as usual and use my underwater camera for the first time! I got the thing when he was born and never got a chance to use it yet. He has been a rough one, but finally settling and life is starting to get normal again for us so look out for tons of pics when the water warms up enough...For me. :)

Must be nice to be "NORMAL"!!!!!
Just put on the wet suit if the water is not quite warm enough. We would like to see if you blew all the dust off the camera that has been setting idle for so long.

LOL!! If I had a wet suit I'd probably try it out, but I'd need one that covers your entire head too. I seriously hate cold water!! Feels like your getting stabbed with knives!! I mean for you Washignton folks the water here this time of year would feel like bath water, but to me it isn't LOL! My wife's cousin is from Detroit and was out there swimming today like it was nothing and all of the girls were huddled up with sweaters on . It was breezy, but the temperature here today was 75F.

I dont know if I would enjoy the beach either if I had to look at THE GIRLS in sweaters!!! LOL
I use to dive in Florida many years ago, and I to wore a full wet suit. I even had to drink at least 1/2 gallon of water an hour prior to the dive just to stay warm once in the water. LOL

Holy smokes what is that LION doing in Atlantic waters that the Pacific fish I always wondered if you took tropical fish like clown fish hippo tangs other fish from the South Pacific and put them in Atlantic waters like the Bahamas if they would survive that would be amazing.

while we were just talking can anyone tell me what this is in my tank. it only appears when the lights come on. I would like to identify it and know how to get rid of it. it's driving me crazy I used a red slime algae remover the other day and it went away but the next they came back I will try to send a photograph please let me know. Phil.I just tried to send a photograph and it won't let me what is the problem

Yea, they said these lionfish made their way down the coastline from north of Florida (Carolina I believe) and are as far down as Jamaica causing all kinds if issues. Being predatory fish, they are wreaking havoc so the government is doing all they can as well as fishermen to get rid if them. :)

To post photos or links, you have to meet a certain post count criteria first. It's just a safeguard against spammers. I'll go and fetch you a link to an article I did on algae to see if it helps you identify what you have. Going by the description of coming out with the lights on, it could possibly be diatoms or dino's. I'll fetch you that link. Give me a sec. :)

I have one of those invisible imaginary tanks at the moment . After we moved into our new house a few years ago, I took a break from the hobby. I did a little DIY nano tank last year and before I could put water in it, a friend bugged me to buy it so I sold it to do something else. Unfortunately while trying to decide, I got in an accident and it has been our on the back burner since. Hoping to get one setup soon as I really miss having a tank. Even if it is just a small nano for now. :)
