Adam has already started the pluming.
I now know that the bottom of the sand will not leak. About 3 or so gal come out the ATO. Some how it came on. While I had the hose off the 29 gal sump on the bottom of tank. I sure am glad that there was no leaks Lol

The bulkheads and return lockline is in.
and about 1/4 of the closed loop
