Thanks Krish, I was actually quite surprised when I first saw the appearance of cyano because I thought I had enough flow, but I guess there were quite a bit of dead spots due to there only being one circulating powerhead and its uni directional flow.

Good news! I have beaten cyano, and am now in the process of making this tank much, much better! I already vacuumed out all the sand, so I'm currently BB right now, and I have just re arranged my rock so theres more room for coral growth.

Yeah dude, next week I'll have my oregon tort and my rainbow monti back, as well as hopefully some new frags including a red planet frag, and a ORA chips acro frag should be sweeeeet.

Those eagle eye zoas are still being lame and not opening up, how're yours?

I'm just going to try and keep everything as stable as I can, but its a rough start, I think something went 'weird' yesterday and its stressing out my ponape and stylo. I think it could have been a zoa polyp that I ripped in half by accident. I'm running carbon now, and the stylo looks better but birdsnest still has very little polyp extension. and my clownfish has rapid breathing, but that might be because I've been adjusting the ph, alk, and ca.. I tested today and I currently have 11dkh, and 480ca, with a ph of 8.0

I went and tested my water with elos kits, and i was reading 10.5 KH and 450 Ca, Its because my hydrometer was wrong and telling me my water was 1.026 when its actually 1.032.... >.<

I have to calibrate this thing...
