Ok, Here we go. Sam made it over we started the drilling of the tank. I felt rather uneasy having someone else do it, but after seeing the care he took it put me at ease. Herre are some pics for you to follow along.

Sam really took his time measuring twice and drilling once.

This is the Donut that he used to hold the coolant.

He taped under the glass to prevent spin of piece of once its cut and to prevent it from falling onto the other side.

This was machine he got from work, its adjustable speed and very steady on a platform.

here is the finished product, Nicely done by Sam the window man. Needless to say he was good .

Here are tools he used, minus the stuff he used to cut the anti freeze to non toix level, He said they use it in Pet shop installs so the puppies dont get sick from licking the glass. I personaly would have used water, But see as Iam going be cleaning this thing, I have no fear of residue being in it.

Next will be the Sump with a new flip to it. I should be getting the glass for that tommorow.

Ok getting glass from my bud, Instead of using The forty on this project it appears Iam going to build the sump custom size. this will start tommorrow, so stay tuned.

Size of sump,

Approx:
14 in W x 17 in deep x 71in long. Approx 73 gallons

Just got confirmation from Sam, he is getting the glass for me tommorrow, Will be building the sump and then onto the stand. I have to modify it to suit our needs.

Ok well My glas guy had a hang up and could not get me the glass till this week, So I setup another project for my family room, I hate being idle so Iam building a cube for there. it measures 2x2x2. About 60 gallons. Its actually going to be my Quarentine tank. But still kinda showy at the same rate. Here are some pics to show what i got so far.

I got this glass from Sam about 3 weeks ago, but was going to build this after the 120 was done
