Ok huge change in progress. I have decided the manifold is toast. Sam has offered to drill again , so Iam taking him up on it. I will be using 3/4" bulkheads for this so I need some input on placement. Iam thinking of flow parameters and came up with this.

I know the drawing blows chunks, but is the pinkish color is where my next drilling is gonna take place. What do think of the placement.??????

Besides a mop would pull her stiches out from the Doc yesterday.

Stitches?... Yikes, sounds like you had multiple potentials for leaks to watch out for!
I hope everything went well on all accounts. :)
Placement looks good to me... Are you going to use loc-line nozzles after the bulkheads?

Yes Iam just incase of requirng removal. I am waiting to buy bulkheads though. My Supplier said he is comming out with new design on the smaller bulkheads, unlike the AGA bulkhead. But the same hole requirement. Should be good, but not comming out till next month. I will give an update ont he bulkheads.

Ok tank is finished drilling, Waiting now for Bulkheads to arrive. Hope this new one he is developing for AGA tanks is better then ones I saw. I will post pics in while.

Yeah Thats what hoping for Krish, The 2 highest holes are for the return from the sump , being it will be running 24/7 it will be good for Agitation of the top which should assist in gas exchange. At least thats what Iam hoping.

Sounds great Bob!! Don't forget to take into account someway to break the siphon on the sump pump for whenever power is cut to it :)

Ok, Have completed the wet test on the sump. I had a leak and had to drain it and reseal the area that was affected. I have ordered the bulkheads for the tank. they are new style for AGA tanks. AGA in all thier wisdom decided they were gonna make they own size of bulkhead, that way nobody could go to the local HD and buy replacements. But I like the size they chose. So I went with those. A new style bulkhead for the AGA was made by a manufacturer out there and resist the dreadful split that occurs in AGA bulkheads. allot sturdier then the original ones. I should recieve them tuesday. After I get them I will painting the back of the tank.

I wish I could have gotten more done but the way things have been going with all the hoopla with AE it took allot of my time. I hope I can press on. I will post pics of the wet test and the bulkheads when the come in.

Well wet test proved to have another leak pop, So re-did somethings and hoping for the best. Got my Bulkheads in and my manifold. Will take pics soon as the wet test is done. Stand is comming along but not yet ready. Will also be painting the back glass. We are getting close now.
