I think one critical point that may be established by Luke is that if you are looking for diversity of sea life and not diversity or density of coral life then tanks like Mojo's offer an incomplete experience.

well, i dont know how mojo feels about it, but from my own observations
i think his tank might appear that way on the surface possibly, but if you look at it as a whole system, and microscopically, i would consider it extremely diverse. granted, it IS a freaky frankenstien sps growing lab to be certain, but he also has lots of reef fish in there, as well a whole corner of bubble tip anemones, and countless other microfauna, i would think the only thing missing is a few species of worms and goo from a sandbed.
