...Nick are you watching??
Yeah, I wouldnt miss this at all Mike.....
I can see what you meant on the phone about how much room the MBV and the manifolds take. I've been kicking around diffferent possible configurations for my upcoming set up.
We got OC'd yesterday at the academy, (pepper spray), so I spent the majority of the day w/ my eyes closed and burning so I had some time to kill......
Kinda tough to think straight under those circumstances though...

Nick, you'll have to take a ride out with Curt after "tax season" to get a look for yourself :D

The brand is Hayward - actuated ball valve (1-1/2 inch 3-way)

Hey Scott,
It's the Hayward 1 1/2" T style Motorized ball valve. Premium Aquatics has it for $390. Then you need a random repeat timer from Aquatic eco-systems to make the valve modulate back and fourth ($90). I plunked down my tax rebate a coupple weeks ago.
Hope it helps..........Scott

wow, that looks great, so i take it this will be a softie tank, lol

the plumbing looks nice and neat
i cant wait to see it running, Nikki

Aw-some, the plumbing master does it again. I will have to run my plans by you when I get the 300ply in-wall going. :D

Mike - just a quick ??, on a 6' long x 24"h x 30"d tank, would you think 2 CL's will be needed? I'll be using this DIY valve
attachment.php
The ports are 1", shaft is 2"dia and will be turned by a 1 rpm motor.

Hey Nikki,
Plumbing Question......How does the CL pump get primed on your system? Is it just gravity feed? Or maybe fill tank and open ball valves to flood manifold prior to final install of pump? Just some more questions.............lol.
Scott:cool:
