Well i went to the pediatrician for my little girl's appoiment and everytime i go there i check their fish tank which they give me the look of .........freak :p.
Anyways (Ron don't read this or you'll end up on the floor) i look at their fish and the yellow tang that they've been having for 7 months was belly up with tons of red stuff all over himself(it was still moving  ), one of their damsel (it was like blue with yellow belly) is all loosing its color and the rest of the fishes are breathing heavy, i tell the recepcionist about the tang and she's like ohh ok thank you and she kept talking to her friend  .
Everytime i go to some doctor's office i see fishes either sick or to big for the tank they have  ........................sad very sad :doubt: .

Why not ask if you can maintain it for them for a monthly fee. The money they save replacing fish would be worth it. You my be able to also get a contract spraying the office for fleas.:p

well i wish i could do it but i live 40 mins away from the doctor's office and there's no way in hell i'd bike all the way to there :p:lol:.

that is awful!! maybe you should "accidentally" crack the tank (or get one of your kids to do it) and they will just get rid of it!!!!

Gabby how many times have we been over this? You cannot take your kids to Petco for their checkups.

Thats why the lady just said "oh ok thank you" because she doesn't want to get in a conversation with a crazy woman.

DUDE!!! YOU STOLE MY LINE>>>>i bike remember?? you drive!!

LOL!!! i'd never get there if i was about to bike .

it's an acrilic tank dood ... i think that i'd need tons of effort to break it .
well we went there again for another check up and they got rid of the tang .... now they only got 4 damsels and 2 clowns  (no i'm not talking about the husband and i .... just different clowns ) .

hmmm no wonder they didn't wanna groom Antonio and when i asked them for their bath and biscuit special ... they told me that their tubs wouldn't be able to handle me and the husband

what town is this in? Maybe you can post under the livestock wanted? "Wanted: intelligent aquarist to offer maintenance contract to idiots killing fish"
:)
I am doing maintenance now on fish only tanks, it's neither all that hard nor all that expensive without the coral. They sound like a potential source of income for a reef frontiers member and also this could save the fish... if they listen and follow directions. Which seems to be very hard for many aquarium owners.

Course they could already have a maintenance person who is smoking the fishfood. Hopefully they are not monitoring this thread :)

Do not give her such a hard time. It was convenient for her to be able to have the kids checked, look at the fish and get some flea spray all in one place.
