Reef Aquarium & Tank Building Forum

Help Support Reef Aquarium & Tank Building Forum:

I will be posting some pictures. I can't seem to get the color just right. Besides, TJL still has not filled my tank with clippings from his tank. SO I BLAME him.

So just thought I would get on here and give an update. Tank has been up and running and cycling though. I just got the news that after all that hard work getting the tank up and running, I get to do it again. I have to move after just being here 6 months the landlord is selling the house. So I have to take it down and set it back up. Gotta love it.

Well now is that not the S#!&$, hope it goes well again this time around bud. I should have plenty of Coral frags again by then also, and could be persuaded to give shipping a try in exchange for posting some Warm-n-Dry pics of Arizon come March/April as I'll be in some serious need of Vitamin D by then.

Cheers, Todd

Thanks guys, the landlord called today and said that they are not going to sell the house. As far as the buying, I would love to buy, but being that I am new to the state, new career, everyone I have talked to states that I have to have atleast 1 year in, before trying. So I am here waiting on time.

But since I have you guys on here, what have you heard about the "genesis renew." I am looking into possibly getting a system. Just not sure of how beneficial small water changes are, over bi weekly 20% water changes. Anybody out there with any information would be appreciated.

floyd,

good news about not having to move...now you can proceed with stocking this system. :)

Well back at it again. The property manager has told me that they are planning on selling. So I have to be out by the 15th. Joy. Good news is that I found a place just down the street and will be moving in to there. Bad news is I have to rethink the entire system because there is no place to put all of my filtration. I was trying to keep the tank and filtration separate for space concerns, but may end up having to do an under the tank system.

Sorry to hear you have to move ALL your Stuff again so soon. Even more of a bummer if you have to squeeze everything under the tank. I am sure you are up to the challenge, and no dought will figure it out for the better
Keep us posted.
If I/we were closer you would have many hands to help.

Thank you guys, I will get I figured out. Just sucks because I have to do plumbing again. I despise plumbing.
